I finished reading the secret garden this morning. It was better than the movie, one of them anyway. It was 64 degrees out today. It almost felt like spring was creeping right out of the book. I also started on the first book in the lost fleet series by Jack Campbell. It was so good I couldn't put it down and I finished the whole book by eight thirty. I suppose I should have been doing homework or something else school related but I just don't care. Sometimes a good scifi military adventure is more important than frying your brain trying to write a five page research paper that isn't even due for two weeks. It helps if you already have an introduction and five history books on hand with relevant passages bookmarked. Still, I suppose I have to lay aside my new favorite series for now and do my reading for critism tomorrow. Lucky I'll have Friday and Easter weekened off for fun stuff.
